In 2007 I graduated from Peninsula College in Port Angeles with more than 750 hours of training. This is my second time with Sorensen Chiropractic, first in 2008 and after 16 month adventure in Issaquah I was able to rejoin the fun in January 2013. I am so happy to be back at this wonderful office.
I specialize in deep tissue therapeutic massage. My advance continuing education credits include:
• Neckstacy: a special treatment for those suffering from chronic tension headaches and migraines. As someone who suffers from chronic migraines, I wanted to find a way to help relieve the pain.
• Manual Lymph Drainage: a very light touch massage to help relieve the fluid built up in the limbs from several surgeries, or the removal of lymph nodes.
• Hot Stone: A very nice way to start or end your day. This massage is done to the whole body or just an area that needs to relax. The heated stones bring a deep relaxation to the muscles and spirit.
My 19 years of working in NYC with the American Red Cross and FDNY has taught me everyone’s needs are different. It is my goal to treat the whole body, including the soul.
When I am not in the office working, I can be found at my little house gardening, or over in Kitsap being a great aunt to my two most favorite people in the world, my nephews. I am proud to say I am owned by 2 cats, which are very spoiled. 2 years ago I ran my first and last half marathon.
